TYPES OF GRAPES:

 

-Pisco Puro: It is made with non-flavored grapes such as quebranta, criollo black, mollar or uvina. With these strains the drinker will not be saturated with the taste sensations, it also has a complexity of flavors in the mouth. It is ideal to prepare pisco sour.

Is made with grape musts that

Peruvian Pisco

Definition 

Pisco is a destination in the world of grapes produced in Peru, which is rapidly becoming a very popular product in the world. The name pisco comes from the Quechua language of the Incas, PISKU which means AVE, in relation to the valley and the port of Pisco.

The city of Pisco is located in the center-south of Peru and is the capital of the Province of Pisco in the Ica Region; It is located 230 km southeast of Lima on the shores of the Peruvian Sea, south of the mouth of the Pisco River.
